Polaris Banks is the director of the 2011 fan film, Casey Jones. In the film, he also portrays Sid Jones and voiced Donatello.
Robert Anthony “Robbie” Rist (born April 4, 1964) was the voice of Michaelangelo in all three live-action TMNT movies. He is perhaps most famously known for portraying “Cousin Oliver” in the later seasons of The Brady Bunch.
Rist would later voice another ninja, Choji Akimichi, in the English dub of the anime Naruto.
In the fifth episode of season 9 of the 1987 TV series, The Showdown, he voiced the one-off character Jet McCabe, as well as one of the alien guards.
Rist reprised his role of Michelangelo in the Casey Jones fan-film.
Brian Villalobos played Dragon Face in the 2011 fan film Casey Jones. In the film he also voiced Raphael.
He will also star in the un-related 2012 film A Few Tales of Hard Times.

Sid Jones is the cousin of Casey Jones.

Sid randomly appeared at Casey’s Northampton house with his buddies to search for money Sid believed was buried there by Casey’s grandparents. At the time Sid appeared, April, Casey, and the Turtles were living there after a particularly brutal attack from theShredder. Attempting to take over the house and find the money that was stashed there, Sid and his friends were repulsed by the Turtles and forced to leave. Later he would join the Foot Clan and lead Karaiand the Foot to the Jones family farmhouse in Northampton, Massachusetts to ruin Casey and April’s engagement party. The ninjas try to steal the ring in Casey’s possession because Sid believes it to be the magical talisman that Karai is seeking.
In the 2003 series, Sid was looking for the buried treasure in the farm because he had to pay back the debt he owed the Purple Dragons.Cousin Sid
Sid returned to the farm house as a guest at April and Casey’s wedding.Casey’s mother explained that she told him about Casey and April’s “friends”, and that if he told anybody about them, she’d bust his kneecaps. Sid later participated in the general brawl that broke out following the Cyber Shredderand the Foot Clan’s attack on the wedding.
Sid appears in the 2011 fan film, Casey Jones, portrayed by Polaris Banks, who also directed the film.
Sid and Casey have a very bumpy relationship. It’s because of him that Casey is kicked out of the hockey team. It later revealed that Sid is a Foot Ninja.

Dragon Face is a member of the Purple Dragons.
Dragon Face was the acting leader of the Purple Dragons after the death of their previous leader in the series’ first episode. He hasn’t been seen sinceCity at War when he attempted to turn the dragons against their leader, Hun. Dragon Face would return in the episode Bad Day though that was only an illusion.
He has a small cameo in the Fast Forward episode Clash of the Turtle Titans in the story Mikey is telling.
Dragon Face is a boss in the 2003 video game. Despite being a human boss, he is not playable in versus mode.
Dragon Face appears as the main antagonist in the 2011 fan film, Casey Jones. He is portrayed by Brian Villalobos.
