Kyousei Tsukui (津久井 教生 Tsukui Kyōsei, born Tsukui Norio on March 27, 1961 in Tokyo, Japan), is a Japanese voice actor currently working for 81 Produce. He is the voice of Bebop in the Japanese dub of the 1987 TV series.
