Greetings!
As you may have noticed, things have changed quite dramatically for us lately! We’ve met a wonderful new friend, defeated the Shredder (?!) “once and for all” yet againand we’ve decided to wear different head bands… to name just three! That doesn’t even count the Dragon Lord and his evil henchmen attacking us from the realm of Dream, or the vampires or the bounty hunters, or…. well… it’s always something new and strange with us!
I must admit that seeing the Shredder again was odd, but he’s come back from the dead so many times that I’ve gotten used to it. While Venus seems to think that he will trouble us no more, I believe that he’ll be back. Sooner or later, he’ll be back. Anyone who can come back from the dead can accomplish many things. Venus is more than a little knowledgable, though, so hopefully she’s right. She can do things that I thought were impossible, so we shall see!
Venus is totally incredible! She’s an awesome fighter, an adept mage and incrediblydisciplined! She’s terrific! She’s already taught me many things that I need to do to improve myself. We are so lucky that she’s come into our lives! She’s a fantastic addition to our team! My only regret is that it took so many years before we met her. Master Splinter has his reasons for keeping her a secret, and I will not argue his wisdom… but I wish Venus had been here a long time ago! At least she’s here now, and I couldn’t be happier! She sets a fine example for my brothers and I on how powerful discipline can be. Awesome!
The bandana change came about rather quickly. We’ve often had different masks that we’ve worn in the past, just never outside of the sewer. We finally decided that it was time for a change! Doesn’t go any deeper than that. =)
The new enemies that we’ve been encountering since Venus arrived are some of the most difficult we’ve faced. We’ve been able to handle most of our past foes thanks to Donatello’s talent with technology, but lately we’ve been running into supernatural villains. Yet another reason we’re fortunate to have met Venus, as she is very capable of battling these forces! With her on our team, I don’t think anything can overpower us… at least not for long! I think we’ve got all the bases covered now… just in time, too!
