Through the twin techniques of Shinobi meditation and ninja exercise, the five Turtles are able to project their astral forms (dream-selves) into the Realm of Dreams in search of Master Splinter. Finding their Master a prisoner of the nefarious Dragon Lord along with his toady assistant Wick and the Rank Dragons, the Turtles expect a fight – but are surprised (and pleased) to find the Dragon Lord allowing them to return safely to the physical world with Splinter. But why?<\/p>\n
Why, indeed? Because, unbeknownst to the TMNT and Splinter, the Dragon Lord and his minions have followed the Turtles from the Realm of Dreams to our world!<\/p>\n
The TMNT and Splinter find much to celebrate; Splinter’s freedom and return to health, the final defeat of the Shredder and the Foot, and the arrival of Venus into their lives.<\/p>\n
During the celebration, while the six picnic in Central Park, the Dragon Lord attacks! During the battle, the leader of the Dragons explains his intentions: he wants to mutate just as Splinter and the Turtles did. However, since there isn’t any transformative Mutagen to be found, the Dragon Lord plans to eat our mutated heroes to get his dose! After dining on a mutant rat and turtles, he’ll go on to conquer the entire world, of course. ;)<\/p>\n
The battle against the Dragons is long and hard fought. While the TMNT win round one, one thing becomes painstakingly clear: the Dragons are far more powerful than the Foot, and far, far deadlier!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
