Synopsis:

Intro: Shredder narrates as we view the recent unfolding of his plans, how he plans to travel through space to conquer the Utroms and the rest of the galaxy. The villain’s spaceship is in the silo and begins to launch as the Turtles and Master Splinter jump for an open bay door.

Act 1: Open as Shredder’s ship is taking off. Splinter and three of the Turtles jump and grab onto Donatello’s legs (he was already hanging from the open bay door, having been separated from his family by a missile that destroyed the bridge they were all on). The Turtles and Splinter climb their self-made “ladder” and board the vessel. Don pulls himself up with Professor Honeycutt (downloaded onto the brainy Turtle’s Tech-Tablet) attached to his belt. As our heroes enter the ship, Chaplin monitors them via the craft’s security systems and alerts Shredder (who has been carried inside by Karai and is now being garbed in a new, far more powerful exo-suit) of their presence.

Still on the ground, people are running for their lives as the mansion is destroyed by the launching spacecraft. Leatherhead, April and Casey all get away, as does an angry Bishop. Bishop orders his men to destroy the Shredder’s ship with missiles.

As the Turtles, Splinter, and Honeycutt make their way to the ship’s power core, Shredder and Karai prepare for battle. It seems Bishop’s missiles are useless as the ship simply destroys them with lasers upon their approach. However, Baxter Stockman constructed the defense system, and as more missiles, Chaplin is dismayed to discover that Stockman has disabled the security net, allowing the missile barrage to hit the ship. We see Stockman with Bishop – the secret agent is pleased with his new partner’s work.

Act 2: As the spacecraft shakes from missile impacts, Chaplin franticly tries to regain control of its defense systems. The Turtles make their way to the ship’s power core, where Honeycutt informs them he’ll need time to gain access to the controls. Don plugs the Tech-Tablet into the ship’s computer systems and the Professor gets to work. Unfortunately, just as Honeycutt begins, Shredder and Karai arrive.

As the groups battle, it appears that Shredder is unstoppable in his giant new exo-suit. Don and Mike attempt to use some cut power lines to electrocute Shredder, but the villain takes the cables from the Turtles and uses them to defeat Master Splinter. Leonardo and Karai face off; Leo gains the upper hand and she falls over the side of a rail. Leonardo heroically saves her life, but Karai comments that Leonardo is too good for his own good and renews her attack. Leo is thrown towards Shredder, who knocks the mutant backwards into Karai’s sword, impaling him! Leonardo falls to the ground as Raphael cries out.

Act 3: As Shredder turns his attention to the other Turtles, more missiles hit the spaceship. Chaplin can’t gain control of the defense controls, and the hull begins to smolder with fresh missile holes. It seems everyone on board will be cooked as the last two missiles speed towards them. As the torpedoes approach, they run out of fuel and the ship escapes!

Shredder has defeated Splinter and the Turtles and has stopped Honeycutt from hacking into his ship. As the villain is about to finish off Leonardo, Karai intervenes and prevents her master from delivering the finishing blow. The woman states that Shredder has won and asks him to spare the Turtles’ lives. Shredder is enraged at her insubordination and he attacks her, sending her flying. Shredder closes in on Karai, but before he can do anything to her, a warhead launched from a nearby satellite hits the ship. The impact from the explosion sends both Shredder and Karai flailing through the entrance and the door slams down, locking them out of the power core room. Shredder orders Chaplin to open the door, and is informed that this will take a few minutes.

The Turtles and Splinter realize that they can’t defeat the Shredder and decide to use their last moments to overload the ships power core and blow it up. Donatello plugs Honeycutt back into the ship’s systems, and the Professor dejectedly begins the overload. Chaplin gets the door back open and Shredder runs back inside, but he’s too late to prevent the power core from overloading.

Act 4: As the ship begins to explode, time freezes and four Utroms (including Mortu) appear. The Utroms have placed a stasis field around the entire ship, freezing time. The helpful aliens transport everyone off the ship just before the stasis field collapses. With that, Shredder’s ship explodes. On Earth, Bishop and Stockman think they have won and the Shredder has been killed.

Later, on the Utrom homeworld inside a courtroom, the Turtles, Splinter, and Honeycutt (in a new body) watch a group of seven Utrom judges. They hear testimony from several alien races regarding the heinous crimes of the Shredder, also known as Ch’rell, Torrinon, Kako Naso, Duke Acureds and Oroku Saki. Upon hearing the testimony, the judges find Shredder guilty of all charges. Shredder is immediately transported to his prison. Karai and Chaplin are sent back to Earth to be handed over to the proper authorities. With that, the Turtles and others are thanked for their help.

Cut to an icy wasteland where the Shredder Utrom stands, crying out in rage and despair. The camera pulls away and we discover that his prison is a frozen asteroid, part of belt that forms an orbiting ring around an alien planet.

MAIN LOCATIONS, VEHICLES AND ACCESSORIES:
Saki’s mansion
Saki’s underground silo

Synopsis:

Intro: Open with Splinter in deep meditation. As we sink into his vision, we see his former master, Hamato Yoshi, standing in front of the Utrom Council of Three, pledging his life to protecting them. Cut to the scene where the Shredder murders Yoshi. We then see the Utrom’s planet being attacked by Shredder and his minions. As Splinter’s vision changes, we see Master Yoshi and him standing on a snowy mountain. The pair bow to one another and suddenly Yoshi’s Guardian outfit is now on Splinter’s body. Splinter arouses from his meditation and states that he understands the message and pledges that he will not fail his master Yoshi, his father.

Act 1: Open in Saki’s mansion where the villain is hosting his own black-tie farewell party. After a short introduction by the city’s Mayor, Saki speaks briefly and informs the crowd that Karai will take his place once he departs for home.

Outside, April is trying to gain entry to the proceedings but is thwarted by a guard. Casey arrives dressed like a caterer and pushing a food cart – but the guard blocks his path as well. As Casey and the guard argue, April slips inside. Jones tells the guard to inspect the cart and when he does so, he finds Mike and Raph hiding beneath the table cloth. Mike knocks out the guard and the group heads inside.

Donatello, Leatherhead and Professor Honeycutt (currently stored on Donatello’s Tech Tablet) shut down security from an underground access tunnel, allowing Leonardo and Master Splinter to slide down a rope onto the mansion’s roof.

On a nearby rooftop, Bishop and his commandos are watching Splinter and Leo as they repel onto Saki’s building.

Don, Leatherhead and Honeycutt reach an underground silo after Leatherhead takes out a group of Foot Tech ninjas. Peering into the silo, they see what the Shredder is really up to: a group of Foot Technicians are working on a giant intergalactic spaceship!

Act 2: As the Turtles infiltrate the mansion further, Saki and Karai meet in his inner sanctum. Shredder celebrates his impending journey, relishing in his chance to destroy the Utroms. Karai is saddened by the prospect of his leaving, but he tells her that she will continue to serve him as she always has by running the Foot empire in his absence. The evil overlord then orders her to return to the party and celebrate.

Bishop contacts his spy inside Saki’s mansion – none other than Baxter Stockman! Bishop is furious that Stockman didn’t inform him about the spacecraft, to which Baxter smugly replies “You didn’t ask.” Before the discussion can get too heated, Chaplin walks in and Stockman ends the call.

Below ground, Professor Honeycutt cracks into the security system and sets it to lock down. All of the Foot soldiers are trapped in their rooms, including an infuriated Hun, who is in the security room.

Cut to Bishop and his commandoes who are now in the underground access tunnel. Bishop orders his men to seal off the passageway and they begin to rig it with explosives.

Saki is now in his office looking over his spaceship plans. Suddenly, Splinter and Leo enter and attack their arch enemy. Mike and Raph soon arrive and the group begins to battle.

Inside the rocket silo, Don, Honeycutt and Leatherhead have made their way up to a high platform and are looking for a way to get into the control room. Panning down, we see Bishop and his men arrive. Bishop gives the command to blow up the tunnel and dozens of explosions seal off the rocket’s launch route. On top of the mansion, the party guests are startled by the sounds of the bombs, but Karai orders an early start to a firework display and everyone is put at ease (for now).

Act 3: Saki continues his fight with Splinter and three of the Turtles. Over an intercom they hear Chaplin cry that Bishop has blown up the access tunnel, trapping the rocket in its silo. Suddenly, Hun enters with a group of ninjas and they attack our heroes. This diversion gives Saki enough time to escape via an elevator. As Saki descends, he orders Chaplin to start the emergency launch sequence (since the access tunnel is now gone). Chaplin worries that there are people on top of the emergency escape hatch, but Shredder doesn’t care – with minor reluctance, Chaplin obeys the order and party is seriously over.

On the rooftop courtyard, the floor begins to separate as the silo opens. With the entire courtyard now disappearing, people begin running and screaming, a few unfortunates fall into the silo along with all the tables and chairs. Casey and April save as many folks as they can.

In Saki’s office, Raph, Mike and Splinter beat a path through the Foot and jump down the elevator shaft to the control room below. Hun and his remaining Foot give chase, leaving Leonardo temporarily alone. Karai arrives and pleads with the Turtle to let Saki go – explaining that he will not trouble them anymore if he’s gone. Leonardo argues that the villain is leaving to attack the homeworld of the peaceful Utroms. Karai growls that the Utroms are the evil ones for hunting her master and thus deserve their fate, but Leo replies that Shredder has lied to her and he plans to stop him. With that, Leonardo jumps down the elevator shaft.

Down in the Control room, Don and Leatherhead battle the Shredder. Splinter, Mike and Raph arrive to join the fray, as do Hun and his Foot ninjas. Just then, Bishop blasts through a door with his commandos, ordering his minions to kill everyone.

Act 4: As Bishop’s men start blasting, a giant battle ensues. Leonardo arrives with Karai close on his heels. Saki is severely damaged after Leatherhead tears into him. Hun rushes to his master’s side and tosses Leatherhead, sending him crashing into a large, chemical-filled tube. Hun lifts Saki and sees that he’s some kind of robot – he rips the remaining clothing from the body to reveal that the Shredder is an Utrom in an exo-suit! Hun is stunned and Leatherhead renews his attack. The two giants crash through a window and fall far down into the silo.

Saki recovers and tries to make his way to the ship, but as he crosses a catwalk, Don breaks open a tank of liquid nitrogen that sprays on the evil Utrom. Splinter hooks the exo-skeleton with a chain and pulls it over, breaking it at the ankles and smashing the rest to bits. The villainous Utrom crawls out of the wreckage and is beset by the TMNT and Splinter.

Before our heroes can act, Karai leaps in front of them and grabs Utrom Saki. Karai runs off carrying her master into the ship. The craft’s hatch closes before the Turtles get to it. Luckily, Tech Tablet Honeycutt can link to the ship and open the door.

As this is happening, Bishop orders his men to prevent the ship from leaving. Helicopters swoop in and fire missiles into the silo. The rockets hit the catwalk that the Turtles are on just as Honeycutt gets the hatch open. The bridge is blown into pieces, leaving Splinter, Leo, Mike and Raph on one side and Donatello clinging to the opening of the spacecraft on the other. The ship begins to take off – Splinter and the other Turtles have to jump for it!

4Kids Season 3 – Episode 076 (Bishop’s Gambit)

EPISODE SEVENTY SIX

“Bishop’s Gambit”
Written by Greg Johnson
Original Air Date: April 9, 2005

Producers: Gary Richardson, Frederick U. Fierst, Al Kahn, Norman Grossfeld, Thomas Kenney
Supervising Director: Roy Burdine
Story Editor: Lloyd Goldfine

MAJOR CHARACTERS:
Donatello (Sam Regal)
Leonardo (Michael Sinterniklaas)
Michelangelo (Wayne Grayson)
Raphael (John Campbell)

SECONDARY CHARACTERS:
Splinter
Leatherhead
Bishop
Bishop’s Slayer
Professor Honeycutt

MAIN LOCATIONS, VEHICLES AND ACCESSORIES:
The Turtle Lair
Bishop’s Lab
Bishop’s old subway car

Synopsis:

Intro: Michelangelo narrates as we see a creepy laboratory similar to what we might see in a Frankenstein movie (the scene is in B&W to set the mood). Electricity surges from old turbines and generators, powering all sorts of strange equipment. Panning over we see a shadowy figure working at a table. Nearby we see Master Splinter strapped down to a gurney. Electricity arcs from some cables and surges all around the room.

Act 1: Open with a helicopter as it lands on a rooftop and leaves a barrel-sized high-tech cylinder and takes off. Around it are other choppers doing the same thing on nearby rooftops.

On the city streets we see a van stop at a manhole and several black-clad soldiers jump out. The men empty a large sack filled with dozens of can-sized cylinders, smaller versions of the ones being left by the choppers. The cylinders float through the sewers, separating into groups as they arrive at various intersections. Eventually a group of the devices make their way into a pool inside the Turtle Lair.

In a nearby helicopter, Bishop is informed that his “packages” have been delivered. With this information, he gives the command to activate the devices, and the cylinders begin emitting a high-pitched frequency throughout the sewers, driving the rats to the streets in effort to escape the sonic attack.

On the surface, the rooftop cylinders also begin to emit the frequency, filling the whole of New York City, above ground and below, with the sound.

As more and more rats flee the sewers, we see that Leatherhead has also fallen victim to the sonic attack – the pitch is driving him mad. In the Turtles’ lair, Splinter is having the same response as other rats. Pain overwhelms the Sensei, so the Turtles take him and retreat to the Battle Shell. They blast into the streets trying to escape the noise – but there’s no solace on the surface, either.

Bishop and his helicopter use sensors to trace the whereabouts of any mutant DNA and quickly home-in on the Battle Shell. The helicopter attacks, launching a barrage of missiles that the Battle Shell barley evades. Raph is driving the truck and manages to elude the vast majority of the projectiles, but the attack is relentless and one missile is headed directly at the Battle Shell.

Act 2: As the missile speeds down, it buries itself into the Battle Shell’s roof, penetrating the armor. The weapon doesn’t explode, but it does release marbles filled with gas. As the gas overwhelms the Turtles, the truck comes to a screeching halt and the ninjas bail out of the vehicle. Unfortunately their efforts are too late and they are overcome by the gas and pass out on the street. Three black armored trucks arrive. Bishop’s men leap out of their vehicles and grab Master Splinter. Bishop orders them to leave no survivors, so the soldiers lift their guns and aim them at the Turtles. Just as it appears that the TMNT will be destroyed, Leatherhead crashes through a door and attacks the soldiers!

Cut to an abandoned subway station as the Turtles come to. As they awaken, the ninjas are met by Professor Honeycutt (in a temporary body made of salvaged parts) and Leatherhead. Knowing that Bishop has Splinter, our heroes realize that they can track him with the nearby subway car they stole from Bishop.

Inside Bishop’s lab, we see Splinter awaken. The Sensei is strapped to a gurney and Bishop stands over him. Bishop explains that he works for the Earth Protection League, an organization begun in 1870 under the sponsorship of President Grant (note that Bishop shows Master Splinter a photo of Grant signing the paperwork – and the man standing next to the President looks remarkably like Bishop). The organization’s goal is to prevent hostile aliens from taking over the planet. To this end, the sinister operative informs Splinter that his rat DNA has been extremely beneficial to his work and has contributed greatly in the creation of a new form of superhuman that will protect the Earth. Splinter tells the man that he has no right to play god, and that the planet already has enough monsters. Bishop laughs and powers up his equipment. Electricty surges and engulfs another figure that’s strapped to a gurney. Bishop cackles as he unveils his new creation, the first superhuman, a.k.a., the Slayer.

Act 3: By this time, the Turtles, Leatherhead, and Honeycutt have gotten the homing system on the subway car activated and the train is roaring towards its home destination. Bishop is alerted that the subway train is returning to his base, so he orders his men to welcome its arrival. Bishop then tells Splinter that he’s lucky – he will be preserved for future exeriments. The man activates his machines and robotic arms lift splinter and deposit him into a stasis tube, that begins to fill with a vile, green liquid.

The TMNT and their allies arrive at Bishop’s lab where they are met by a group of armed guards. Our heroes attack and get the upper hand in the skirmish. The huge laboratory door begins to close, but Leatherhead holds it up long enough for the TMNT and Honeycutt to get inside. Once his friends are safe, Leatherhead drops the door and turns to fight the remaining guards.

Act 4: The TMNT rush into Bishop’s inner sanctum. Bishop makes no move to meet their assault, but the Slayer intercedes and proves to be a formidable foe. As the Turtles and the Slayer do battle. The TMNT manage to get in a good hit that knocks off the Slayer’s protective helmet, revealing him to have a half-human, half-robotic face – with Bishop’s features! Bishop pauses to compliment the cyborg on its good looks and the the battle is renewed.

Leonardo orders Honeycutt to save his Master. The Professor uses Bishop’s computer to free Splinter from the vat full of polymer. Unfortunately Bishop spots the robot at its work and uses a chain hook to rip off one of its arms – Honeycutt notes that this act was uncalled for. Splinter’s tube falls from the grasp of the robotic arms, freeing the rodent ninja. The Sensei attacks Bishop while the Slayer continues to pummel the Turtles with an arsenal of moves and the ability to turn invisible.

Leo is able to throw the Slayer into a stasis tube full of the polymer. Honeycutt punches commands into the computer, sending an electrical surge into the vat that freezes the Slayer and allows the container be sealed, trapping the cyborg clone.

Splinter continues his fight with Bishop. In the skirmish, a turbine is damaged and explodes. Bishop and Splinter are both caught in the explosion and are sent flying. The man is impaled on an iron hook hanging from a chain. The detonation of the turbine has started several fires and a flood. More turbines explode and a torrent of water pours into the facility. Our heroes look away from the hanging Bishop for a second to assess the situation, and when they look back, the man is gone! Bishop calls out from a nearby ladder that the TMNT will pay for their actions and makes his escape. Our heroes run to the ladder and being climbing it as more turbines begin to explode, destroying the facility in fire and water. The flood waters carry off the stasis tube holding the Slayer.

The TMNT, Splinter and Professor Honeycutt climb the ladder to the streets, but there’s no sign of their enemy.

The Battle Nexus
The Cursed Battle Nexus
Turtle Lair
Lord Simultaneous’ Time Scepter
Ultimate Daimyo’s War Staff

Synopsis:

Intro: Leonardo recalls how he and his family were assaulted in their lair by Ultimate Drako. The villain used the Time Scepter to send Leonardo across time and space to Usagi Yojimbo’s homeworld. After thwarting a kidnapping there, the two friends traveled to the Battle Nexus to seek the Ultimate Daimyo’s help…

Act 1: Open with Leo and Usagi arriving at the Battle Nexus. All is quiet and the stadium is abandoned, as there is no tournament going on. The friends enter the Ultimate Daimyo’s palace. As they approach the Daimyo, he seems old and weak. The Daimyo is accompanied by the Gyoji and has his War Staff on display. Leo and Usagi kneel before the Daimyo and Leo begins to tell him about Ultimate Drako’s treachery and asks for help in finding and rescuing his family. During the request, the Daimyo is sleepy and inattentive, but Gyoji urges Leonardo to continue.

As Leo finishes his story, the Daimyo stirs and suddenly grows angry. The Battle Nexus overseer blames the Turtles and Splinter for the loss of his son and orders his guards to lock Usagi and Leonardo in the dungeons forever. With this, the Daimyo’s personal guards rush into the chamber and surround our shocked heroes.

Act 2: As the guards attack, Usagi and Leo reluctantly defend themselves. The two warriors get the upper hand quickly and escape through a paper window. Leonardo uses his ninja claws to cling to the sheer walls of the castle while Usagi clings to his ally. The guards peer over the precipice. Thinking that the pair have jumped into the river below, the Daimyo’s soldiers rush off to see if their quarry survived the fall.

A bit later, Leonardo and Usagi reenter the palace. Leonardo decides that they will need to steal the Daimyo’s War Staff in order to save Splinter and the other Turtles. Usagi notes that they’ll also have to help the Daimyo, who clearly isn’t in his right mind.

Cut to the Palace hall, where Leo and Usagi have snuck into. They stealthily take out two cloaked guards and use the very same cloaks to disguise themselves. Reentering the Daimyo’s throne room, Leonardo and Usagi quickly dispatch three more guards and grab the War Staff as the Daimyo continues in his fretful slumber. Suddenly, the Gyoji appears. Leonardo tells the aide that he doesn’t wish to fight, but surprisingly, Gyoji states that he wishes to help them and beckons the two heroes to follow him.

In a nearby antechamber, Gyoji instructs Leo on how to use the War Staff. While doing so, the Daimyo’s assistant summons a scrying window to view Splinter and the other Turtles. The window reveals an unconscious Splinter who is being held the very dungeons of the palace! Leo tries to summon his Sensei, but is unsuccessful. Gyoji tells Leonardo to try to save his brothers instead, but his attempts keep failing. Mike, Raph and Don simply phase momentarily (as seen on the scrying window via flashbacks of earlier episodes). Frustrated, Leo hands the Gyoji the War Staff for help. With this, the Gyoji erupts in laughter as he transforms into Ultimate Drako, now holding both the War Staff and the Time Scepter.

Act 3: As Ultimate Drako reveals himself, Leo and Usagi attack, but their efforts are futile as Ultimate Drako simply uses the Time Scepter to freeze them. The villain then uses the staff to transform the palace into a harsh, rocky desert. Leo and Usagi stand on a plateau where they’re surrounded by a torrent of purple wind and hulking enemies. As our heroes unsheathe their blades, the zombie warriors of past Battle Nexus champions begin to attack. Usagi is knocked to the ground and Leonardo is left alone to defend him.

As Ultimate Drako watches Leo struggle, he uses the War Staff to summon the Daimyo and Splinter and prepares to finish them off as well.

Act 4: As Ultimate Drako is about to slay the Daimyo; he suddenly has a moral dilemma (after all, half of him is still the Daimyo’s son). As he argues with himself over what to do, he doesn’t realize that Splinter has awakened. Master Splinter attacks the evildoer, grabbing onto the War Staff. As they fight over possession of the staff, Splinter somehow activates its powers. Splinter summons his sons to him, and Raph, Mike and Don appear in a flash of green energy. The three brothers attack Ultimate Drako, who drops the Time Scepter and relinquishes the War Staff to Splinter. As Mikey and Raph grab the Time Scepter, energy begins to leap between it and the War Staff and then shoots out all around the cursed Battle Nexus. The palace reappears around the group while Leo and Usagi find themselves standing in the stadium. As the energy hits Ultimate Drako, it separates the being back into its two original forms (Drako and the Ultimate Ninja). The two then turn into statues and crumble into dust.

The heroes begin to look around in puzzlement – no one knows how the staves did these things. Suddenly, Lord Simultaneous appears and takes his Time Scepter. Simultaneous explains that the Scepter has a mind of its own, and naturally put everything the way that it should be (with a little help from the War Staff). The Daimyo is still dozing, moaning about the loss of his son. Simultaneous looks at the Turtles and tells them that he will demonstrate the good that the Time Scepter can do, when wielded by virtuous hands. With that, the time lord turns the pile of ash that was the Ultimate Ninja into his eight-year-old self. The boy rushes to his father, crying about having an awful nightmare. The awakened ruler hugs his son and explains that he too was having a bad dream, but now everything was going to be all right.

Usagi tells Leonardo that it has been an honor to fight with him, and the two bow to one another. Our heroes bid farewell to their samurai friend and Simultaneous sends everyone back to their appropriate time and place.

The Turtles and Splinter arrive back in their lair. Casey arrives and states that he’s been looking for them for the past ten minutes and asks them if they’ve been playing some kind of ninja hide ‘n’ seek game with him. The Turtles smile and declare that it’s good to be home.

Lord Hebi’s Fortress

Synopsis:

Intro: Leonardo narrates as we open with four figures walking up to a village. As villagers stare, the four figures are revealed to be Leo, Usagi, Gen, and Lord Noriyuki. As they approach a cliff, the view reveals an ancient Japanese fortress with an army encamped around it.

Act 1: Open inside the Turtle Lair. All of the Turtles are busy with their own activities, including Leo who is training with Master Splinter. Suddenly, Ultimate Drako appears with the Time Scepter. As Ultimate Drako raises his scepter, energy encompasses our heroes in a flash of light.

Fade in from the blinding light as we see Leo has been transported to a grassy field on top of a hill. As he explores his surroundings, the ninja discovers that he’s been sent to Feudal Japan. Unexpectedly, two riders stumble upon the Turtle and are thrown from their horses. One of the riders, an anthropomorphic swordswoman, attacks Leonardo, mistaking him for a ninja assassin trying to capture her companion. Leo reluctantly defends himself until he is able to gain the upper hand in battle and establishes peace with his assailant. The woman introduces herself as Tomoe Ame, the retainer of Lord Noriyuki (the panda child accompanying her). Just then a group of Mogura Ninja (moles) explode from the ground and attack!

Act 2: As the moles attack, Leo helps Tomoe Ame defend Lord Noriyuki. Tomoe is dragged into the ground by the Mogura Ninjas. With three ninjas left, Leo must defend himself and Noriyuki. Luckily, out of nowhere arrows are launched towards the mole men. Two more riders approach and scare off the remaining Mogura Ninjas. The horsemen turn out to be Usagi Yojimbo and Gen!

Now in safety, Usagi explains to Leo that the evil Lord Hebi has called for the assassination of Lord Noriyuki. Hebi shall favor whichever ninja clan kills the youth. As Leo then explains how he got to Usagi’s world. After a short discussion, Leo decides to help his friend escort Noriyuki to the Shogun, in the capital city of Edo. Afterwards, Usagi will help Leo get to the Battle Nexus so the Ultimate Daimyo can send him home.

Cut to Hebi’s Fortress. As the mole ninjas bring Tomoe Ame to Hebi, they inform the evil overlord of Usagi, Gen, and Leo’s presence. With this, Hebi forms a plan to use Tomoe Ame as bait in order to kill Noriyuki.

Meanwhile, Leo and his companions arrive at a cliff on their way to Edo. Gen explains that it’s a shortcut – but the only way to proceed is down the very high and menacing escarpment. Suddenly, a group of cat ninjas attack.

Act 3: Our heroes fend off the cat ninjas, who retreat so a group of their archers can launch a storm of arrows from above. Leo and his friends have no choice but to jump off the cliff into the river below! As they swim to the far shore, the ninjas fire an arrow with a note attached to it. The note informs them that Tomoe Ame is Hebi’s prisoner and will be executed. Even though it’s obviously a trap, Lord Noriyuki orders his companions to save her or else he’ll do it alone.

Later that night, Leonardo and his allies arrive outside of Hebi’s Fortress, which is surrounded by an army of ninjas. Leo and Usagi decide that they’ll disguise themselves as Hebi’s ninjas and sneak in. Gen will stay hidden with Lord Noriyuki in the nearby forest. Leonardo and Usagi lure some ninjas to the woods, easily defeat them and take their outfits. Usagi is less than happy to be garbed as a ninja, but the two proceed with their infiltration plan.

Usagi and Leo walk into camp and begin climbing up the side of the fortress and easily gain entrance into the castle.

Act 4: Gen and Noriyuki are having supper around a campfire. As they sit, a group of mole ninjas tunnel up and captures both of them.

Usagi enters the prison area of Hebi’s fortress and defeats the guards. The samurai finds Tomoe Ame and cuts her free – but as the warriors are escaping, they are met by a large group of guards. Tomoe is taken hostage with a blade held to her throat, which forces Usagi to surrender. The two are taken to Lord Hebi’s throne room, where Lord Noriyuki and Gen are already being held. As Hebi is about to finish off Lord Noriyuki, Leo jumps out from the shadows and attacks. With this surprise, Usagi, Gen and Tomoe Ame free themselves and join the fray. As the groups battle, Leonardo confronts Lord Hebi – noting that it won’t be much of a fight since the snake has no arms. In a flash, Hebi encircles the Turtle and then throws him forcefully into a wall (Leonardo notes that arms are overrated). Hebi corners Leo and it looks bad for the ninja until Lord Noriyuki takes up a blade and intervenes. The young Lord tells Hebi to give up as his minions have lost the fight. The reptilian overlord laughs and states that his fortress is surrounded by his forces and there’s no way for our heroes to escape.

Just then, the Shogun’s army marches onto the fortress grounds, sounding their horns. Hebi looks out a window, seeing that his troops are being overrun – vowing vengeance, the snake flees. Leonardo moves to follow, but Usagi holds him back, explaining that the evil Lord will not escape the Shogun’s soldiers.

Lord Noriyuki bows and thanks Leonardo for his assistance.

The next morning, Usagi draws a pattern on a large standing stone. Once the samurai is finished, he and Leo begin to chant, opening the Battle Nexus portal. With the gateway revealed, Leonardo and Usagi leap through…

Synopsis:

Intro: Narrated by the Shredder. Open with a grim vision of the future, where humans and Utroms are enslaved and armies of mechanical robots enforce martial law. The Shredder appears on giant video screens covering much of the architecture and flying vehicles. The villain declares his domination over the Earth and explains how he will use a giant new Transmat to send his armies to other planets to conquer them all.

Act 1: Open in the Turtle Lair. We see Don talking to April via a computer video link. Suddenly, the ground shakes and Don loses his connection. Ultimate Drako appears with the Time Scepter. The TMNT leap into action as Ultimate Drako raises his scepter. Energy encompasses our heroes and freezes them all in a flash of light.

Fade in from the blinding light as Donatello falls to the floor of the lair. The ninja is now alone, and his home has been destroyed and abandoned. Don is momentarily confused as begins to investigate his surroundings. The brainy Turtle soon realizes that Ultimate Drako must have used the Time Scepter to scatter everyone across different dimensions and eras. Donatello decides to check out the surface, where he discovers that Manhattan has turned it into an industrial nightmare. Suddenly, a helicopter zooms in and shines a spotlight onto the Turtle as armed men jump out of cars and demand that the ninja put up his hands and drop his weapons. Donatello begins to comply, but soon notices that these militaristic cops are wearing the mark of the Shredder!

Act 2: As the Foot Gestapo close in on Donatello with their guns raised, a shadowy figure attacks. The mysterious renegade defeats the Shredder’s minions and ushers Don into the shadows. The rescuer turns out to be Mikey, only much older, battle scarred and missing his left arm! We learn that in this reality, Don disappeared thirty years ago, after which the other three Turtles split up. With this, Mikey takes Don to see Splinter.

Donatello and Michelangelo run through the city, which is inundated with Shredder’s minions searching for any resistance. Giant video screens cover buildings and blimps, projecting an image of Shredder’s face as Karai’s voice announces that all must serve her master or face destruction. The brothers escape detection and arrive in the shadows of the overgrown, forest-like wasteland that was once Central Park. As they approach a tombstone, Donatello begins to phase shift, but he doesn’t teleport away. Upon seeing Splinter’s name on the tombstone, Don falls to his knees. Mike explains that Splinter died helping the three Turtles (before they split up). Donatello is enraged that Shredder has managed to cause so much devastation and tells Mike that they need to reunite all four brothers and defeat the Shredder.

Act 3: Mike leads Don to the underground Resistance Headquarters. As Mikey and Don enter, they are greeted by the Resistance Commander, a rugged and much older April O’Neil. Here we discover that Casey Jones was executed by Shredder. The two Turtles are also greeted by Hun and Baxter Stockman, who are joined together by thick cables that run out of Baxter’s jar into Hun’s chest. April explains that the Resistance rescued the former Foot members from Shredder five years previous when they were scheduled to be executed. Hun sneers that death would have been preferable to his current status.

Meanwhile, Karai walks into the inner sanctum of Shredder’s headquarters and informs her master that Donatello has returned. Shredder greets this news with glee, hoping to destroy yet another enemy.

On the surface above the Resistance Headquarters, we see Leonardo arrive. He’s wearing a long black coat and dark sunglasses, his face heavily scarred. Leonardo hears a noise and spins, drawing his sword to face… Raphael. Raph has lost his left eye and is also scarred. The two begin to renew their by now ages-old argument over the death of Master Splinter and prepare to fight – but Donatello arrives and separates them. Raphael is delighted to see his long-lost brother and hugs him. Don convinces his brothers to cease their feud and join him in the effort to defeat the Shredder once and for all.

Cut to Shredder’s palace as Karai informs the Shredder that his new monolithic Transmat is nearly completed. Suddenly, the Turtle Tunneler bursts through the floor and the TMNT leap out, with Don in a robotic exo-skeleton designed by Baxter Stockman. The Shredder emerges from the shadows revealing his new Mega Shredder exo-suit (also designed by Stockman).

Act 4: As Mega Shredder attacks, so does Karai and a group of her Karai ‘bots. Hun, with Stockman’s brain attached to him, comes wheeling out of the Tunneler. Baxter protests but is helpless to prevent Hun from asking Shredder to take him back. Shredder simply stomps the two with his giant mechanical foot and then smiles maniacally. Raph, Leo, Mike and April fend off Karai and her ‘bots, while Don focuses his attack on Shredder.

Mikey is surrounded by a host of Karai ‘bots and is cut down. Leonardo bests Karai in a sword fight, but before he can deal a finishing blow, he has to turn and defend himself against one of the ‘bots. While his back is turned, Karai stabs Leonardo. Raphael attacks the woman in a fit of rage, but she easily fends off his assault and deals him a mortal wound. Raphael manages to crawl to Leonardo’s body before he too fades away. April arrives with a missile launcher and fires it at Karai, who is caught in the blast and soon dies from the damage that she absorbed.

Donatello screams in rage and attacks the Mega Shredder, but Don’s exo-skeleton is no match for the Shredder’s suit. The villain easily grapples Donatello, tearing his armor apart. Shredder lifts Don up in front of the Turtle Tunneler’s giant drill and gloats over his victory, but Donatello notes that Shredder always did celebrate too early and explains that the whole battle has been an elaborate trap to get the evil alien into position. Don then pushes a button on his exo-suit and chains fly out of the Turtle Tunneler that enwrap both exo-suits in a death-grip. Donatello escapes from his exo-skeleton (as was his plan all along), but Shredder is helpless. The chains begin to pull the robotic armor towards the now spinning drill, which soon grinds the Shredder into pulp.

With that, Don begins to phase out as April tells him to remember that there’s always hope. Donatello blinks out and disappears, April bows her head and thanks him for saving the world. Outside, we see the morning sun dawning on Manhattan, finally free from the Shredder’s tyrannical rule.

Mud Riders

MAIN LOCATIONS, VEHICLES AND ACCESSORIES:
Turtle Lair
Planet Laotora 4
Various Planet Racers bikes
Synopsis:

Intro: Raphael narrates as we see him racing a high-octane Planet Racer bike through an alien rain forest landscape. Right behind him is a group of menacing aliens riding flying Manta-Beasts.

Act 1: Open in the Turtle Lair. Raph and Casey are are working on their motorcycles, tweaking them for racing performance. Suddenly, Ultimate Drako appears with the Time Scepter. The TMNT leap into action, but Drako raises his staff and uses its powers to freeze our heroes in a flash of light.

Fade in from the blinding light as we see Raph falling from the sky and landing on an alien planet. Raphael stands and calls out to his family in bewilderment when a group of Planet Racer bikes plummet down from the mountains behind him – heading straight at the confused ninja! Bike #23 successfully dodges Raph, but they crash in the effort. Raphael is at first angry, but when he sees that the two riders are injured, he does his best to help them. Behind them, a group of hungry four-legged alien beasts are charging. Raph tosses the unconscious racers onto the back of the vehicle, and frantically tries to start it – but the beasts are catching up!

Act 2: Just as the monstrous creatures are about to pounce on the bike, Raph gets it started. The Turtle rockets the vehicle forward and escapes the beasts via some tricky riding, and bike #23 finally makes it to the finish of the race – in last place.

Later, Raph is at the medical infirmary with the riders, Godman Falcon, the pilot, and Methania Fitts, the team navigator. Methania has a serious leg injury and can’t continue the race. The race commissioner, Tangent Morrey, calls Godman on a video comm and informs he that he’s being removed from the race. Falcon is angry and argues his case, so the commissioner asks him who will replace Methania. Godman volunteers Raph to pilot the bike and states that he’ll take over the navigation position. Raphael isn’t happy with this and argues that he has to get home and help his family. Falcon states that Raph owes them for wrecking their bike in the first place – Methania speaks up and tells Raphael that her uncle is an expert in temporal science and she’ll ask him to help the ninja – once he’s finished the race series on the planet Laotora 4. Seeing no alternative, Raphael agrees to pilot Team Fitts’ bike #23 for the remainder of the charity race.

Cut to Laotora the next morning. Raph and Falcon prepare to start as Team Koyoshada’s bike #6, piloted by Tripper Nitro, pulls up beside them. Nitro mocks Godman for his performance yesterday. Falcon advises Raphael to watch out for Tripper as he doesn’t play fair. Finally the green light flashes and the teams begin the next leg of the race, zooming through icy, subterranean “worm” tunnels.

Onboard the Stadium Ship where fans view the race, Planet Racer announcer Nobby Bloe questions Commissioner Morrey about the “worms” in the tunnels. Morrey states that he doesn’t know much about them, but a little danger will be good for ratings.

As Team Fitts speeds by other racers, they come up to a three-tunnel intersection. Godman orders Raph to take the middle tunnel, but as they near the entrance, a giant worm with a mouthful of fangs pops out and attacks!

Act 3: Raphael makes a sharp turn for the left tunnel with the giant worm in hot pursuit. Suddenly, bike #6 zooms up from behind them and crashes into their racer – both vehicles crash to the ground. Team Fitts’ bike can’t gain its wheels as its stabilizers were damaged in the collision. Nitro activates his stabilizers and takes off as the worm closes in – ignoring Raph’s call for help. Quickly thinking, Raph jams his sais into the ice floor, creating a fault line that enables our heroes to break through just as the worm arrives. As they fall, bike #23 lands on its wheels and Team Fitts is off again. Suddenly, Raphael begins to phase shift back to his own dimension, unable to control the bike! Fortunately it doesn’t last long and Raph regains control.

Meanwhile, Methania has regained her feet and goes to question Commissioner Morrey about the lethal race course he’s chosen. Tangent tells Methania to mind her own business – and to remember that he has the power to throw her out of the Planet Racers league.

Back inside the ice tunnel, Godman tells Raph to floor it as they’re coming up to a jump. Raphael guns the throttle as the bike jettisons out of the mountain tunnel – revealing a miles-deep cavern beneath the racers. The worm follows, but plummets into the pit as Raph successfully lands on the other side of the ravine, back in the race.

Methania seeks the assistance of Planet Racer announcer Nobby Bloe, who has his own suspicions about the league Commissioner. Methania asks Nobby to help her expose Morrey and his cavalier method to gain ratings by endangering racers lives.

Outside, just as Team Fitts is back on track, Raph begins to phase from the reality again – completely unable to pilot the bike. With no one steering, the racer begins to shoot into the misty emptiness as it plummets over a ravine.

Act 4: As the racer falls off the path, Raph regains solidity and grabs the controls. Using a jagged ice outcropping as a ramp, Raph jumps the racer back on course and over the other racers. As they cross the finish line, Team Fitts is in first place!

Godman and Raph take the bike to Team Fitts’ mechanic, Muk, who notes that it will take some time to fix everything.

The next day, the final leg of the race is to be run through an alien rain forest inhabitted by a race of tribal cannibals known as the Mud Riders. According to Commissioner Morrey, the Planet Racers have permission to ride through the Mud Riders territory, but as the bikes race along through a swampy area, a group of Mud-Riders on flying Manta-Beasts come out from hiding and swoop in to attack!

Inside the Stadium Ship, Methania approaches the Commissioner with a Race-Cam in tow. As Methania begins to speak, Nobby Bloe turns on her camera and broadcasts the following to the galaxy: the navigator asks the Commissioner why the Mud Riders have attacked. Morrey claims he has no idea, they had signed a treaty. Fitts then reveals that the treaty Tangent sent to the Mud Riders was rejected, not signed – and she presents him with a scroll from the tribesmen that states they will attack if anyone trespasses on their swamps. Morrey is unaware that the Race-Cam is present, and sneers that it’s good for ratings if some racers get hurt or killed. After making this statement, the Commissioner notices the camera and tries to cover his tracks – but the damage has been done.

Cut back to the racers, as Raphael and Falcon are right behind Tripper Nitro. A group of Mud-Riders has set a trap that causes Nitro to crash. The angered natives close in on Tripper, spears in hand. Feeling honor-bound, Raph stops his vehicle to help the fallen riders, despite Godman’s complaints that Tripper didn’t help them in the ice tunnel. The ninja quickly defeats the Mud-Riders, and both teams are off again – Team Koyoshada in the lead. Falcon complains that Raph lost the lead due to his goody-goody attitude, and Raph growls that winning without honor is not winning (and then slaps his forehead, noting that he sounds like Leo).

Raph and Falcon close in on Nitro and take the lead just in time to win the race! As they coast to a stop, Raph begins to phase out again. Godman tells Raph that if he does nothing else, he can take pride in having been a Planet Racer. Raph smiles and places his ghostly hand on his partner’s shoulder, telling him to “Race with honor.” With that, Raphael disappears for good – but where exactly is he going?

Godman turns to face the Stadium Ship, repeating Raph’s message, “Race with honor” as he waves to the cheering crowd.

Casey Jones (alternate dimension counterpart)
Sliver (Splinter’s evil alternate dimension counterpart)

MAIN LOCATIONS, VEHICLES AND ACCESSORIES:
Turtle Lair
Turtle Lair (alternate dimension version)
Megatropolis
Sliver’s Tower

Synopsis:

Intro: Michelangelo narrates as we open with him scaling a wall along with the four Super Turtles. The jovial ninja is in an alternate dimension where the Turtles have super powers, and he gets to join in on the crime fighting fun. The four Super Turtles and Mike scale the structure and approach a throne room, only to be met with a horrible surprise…

Act 1: Open in the Turtle Lair where the TMNT are doing various things. Leonardo practices his ninjitsu with Master Splinter while Mikey elaborates on why he loves comic books and super heroes. Suddenly, Ultimate Drako appears with the Time Scepter. The evil villain raises his staff which shoots bolts of energy that encompasses our heroes in a flash of eerie light, freezing them in mid-air.

Fade in from the blinding light as we see Mikey is now the only one left in the lair, only, it’s not exactly the lair. It’s an updated and futuristic version of the Turtles’ home, as if from an alternate reality. Mike begins to explore when a disembodied computer voice asks him where he wants to go. An elevator appears from out of the floor. Michelangelo enters the lift and requests to be taken to see his brothers. With that, the elevator doors close and it drops at a phenomenal speed, taking the Turtle to a desert landscape. As Mikey explores this new environment, he comes upon four super hero Turtles (Gravi-Turtle, Shellectro, Griddex and Blobboid) facing off with a group of super villains calling themselves the Terrorkinetics.

Act 2: Mikey is caught in the super battle and soon pinned to the ground by a huge, animalistic robot. The Super Turtles have no idea who the shell Mike is, so Griddex orders the computer to shut down the program, revealing the villains (and the desert) to be holographic simulation. The Super Turtles decide to scan Mikey to see if he’s a threat, so the ninja is taken back upstairs and given the scientific once-over, revealing that he has no super powers. While Michelangelo is strapped down, he begins to phase shift and it’s determined that he’s from an alternate dimension. Suddenly, a helicopter arrives at the lair, and April O’Neil emerges with her security team. April informs the Super Turtles that they must stop a doomsday device that’s set to go off in Megatropolis.

Act 3: As the Super Turtles are given the details by April, we discover that she is the mayor of Megatropolis. Casey Jones clumsily disembarks from the chopper and we learn that this dimension’s Casey is a non-violent politician working for O’Neil. With the briefing completed, the Super Turtles prepare to set off. Mikey begins to phase shift yet again, and bids his new friends farewell… except he stops phasing and stays put in this dimension. With that, the Super Turtles take off to face their foe, with Mikey in tow.

Cut to Sliver’s Tower. Once Mikey and the Super Turtles arrive, they knock down the building’s defenses and then break into the Throne room, preparing to do battle with their arch nemesis, a villain named Sliver. To Mikey’s surprise, Sliver is none other than an evil version of his own Master Splinter! As the Super Turtles attack their former Sensei, they prove to be no match for their mentor, who has all of their powers and more knowledge on how to use them. Sliver traps the heroes in an Utromidium cage, which nullifies their powers.

Act 4: With no way out of the cage, it seems that the Super Turtles cannot stop Sliver from setting off the Penultimate Nullificator and destroying all life outside the tower. But Mikey comes up with a plan!

Mikey calls out to the evil rat and asks for an audience with him – in private. Sliver grants the request, freeing him from the main cage but keeping him trapped in a small sphere, which floats up to villain’s throne. Once he’s face-to-face with the nefarious rodent, Michelangelo pretends that the TMNT and Splinter rule the world in his dimension, and he volunteers to help Sliver do the same here. Sliver desperately longs for his “sons” to fight by his side, so he buys the story and frees Mike from his personal cage. Only isn’t Mikey, it’s Blobboid disguised in Mikey’s form! Blobboid seizes Sliver’s staff and uses it to release the others. The battle is renewed, but once again Sliver defeats his pupils, leaving only Michelangelo to face the super-powered evildoer. With quick movements and guile, Mikey defeats Sliver by trapping him in his own cage! As soon as the villain is captured, Mikey once again begins to phase shift – but once again he doesn’t disappear.

Unfortunately the Penultimate Nullificator is about to go off – but Mikey suggests that if they can reverse it’s signal, it will only destroy Sliver’s tower and not the world outside. Shellectro flies to the doomsday device and reverses its programming – leaving our heroes only seconds to vacate the facility before it disintegrates! The Super Turtles escape with Michelangelo in tow. They land on the ground just as Mike fades into a chronal energy tunnel of Null Space (just as how he got there).

Cut to courtyard of the Shell of Justice. The Super Turtles, Mayor O’Neil and others stand in front of a statue of Michelangelo. Gravi-Turtle dedicates the monument to “the Turtle Titan” for saving their world.

Producers: Gary Richardson, Frederick U. Fierst, Al Kahn, Norman Grossfeld, Thomas Kenney
Supervising Director: Roy Burdine
Story Editor: Lloyd Goldfine

MAJOR CHARACTERS:
Donatello (Sam Regal)
Leonardo (Michael Sinterniklaas)
Michelangelo (Wayne Grayson)
Raphael (John Campbell)

SECONDARY CHARACTERS:
Hun
Oroku Saki
Karai
Baxter Stockman
Chaplin
Bishop

MAIN LOCATIONS, VEHICLES AND ACCESSORIES:
Saki’s headquarters
Bishop’s headquarters
Bishop’s subway train
Bishop’s armory
Battle Shell
Shell Cycle
Hun’s assault vehicle

Synopsis:

Intro: Hun narrates as he races along the city streets on the Shell Cycle, explaining how Oroku Saki has given him one last chance to prove his mettle.

Act 1: Open with Karai infiltrating a high security warehouse. She sneaks through various obstacles using high tech gadgets to counter the equally advanced security. Karai uses a gas grenade to defeat a group of Bishop’s guards. Finally, the ninja makes it into a vault containing a computer chip, but when she attempts to grab the component, an alarm goes off. Karai escapes the vault’s defenses, but as she leaps into the main room, Agent Bishop traps her using a deadly force field created with alien technology. Bishop then contacts Oroku Saki and offers him a trade – Karai for all of the alien technology that he’s been amassing since the Triceratons left Earth. Bishop gives Saki 45 minutes to comply with his demands, or Karai will be killed.

Cut to Shredder’s headquarters. Hun and Stockman have been reduced to common laborers in Saki’s organization. Both are shackled to the floor with electronic harnesses and Hun is busy shoveling coal into a furnace while Stockman mocks his allegiance to Shredder. Unbeknownst to Baxter, Oroku Saki has arrived and is standing right behind him. As Stockman stammers and lies about what he was saying, Saki activates his harness and shocks the mad scientist into silent submission. Saki then releases Hun and offers him one last chance to prove himself. The giant eagerly accepts and is told that he must rescue Karai or pay with his life. Hun isn’t happy to be helping Karai, but he is willing to do anything to regain his master’s favor, so he agrees to the mission.

Once Saki and Hun have gone, Stockman secretly boots up his computer systems and hacks into the Foot computers to gain access to their communication systems. Stockman then broadcasts a message in Hun’s voice on a channel that he knows the Turtles will receive. Baxter hopes that the TMNT will investigate and ruin Hun’s mission.

Inside the Battle Shell, we see the Turtles jamming to some tunes as they drive through the streets. Stockman connects to their radio frequency and delivers his false message. Baxter makes up a story about how Hun is off to capture Splinter and the Turtles. The mutants figure that it’s a trap, but they decide to investigate anyway.

Act 2: Hun arrives at Bishop’s base inside an armored assault vehicle. The man-mountain pilots the vehicle straight through the walls of the facility, destroying everything that gets in his way, until he reaches Bishop’s inner sanctum. Outside, the Battle Shell arrives and the Turtles follow the path of destruction.

Bishop uses a hidden floor elevator to escape Hun’s assault. Hun emerges from his vehicle and attempts to pry open the floor to follow his quarry, just as the Turtles arrive. Hun sneers that he doesn’t have time for them and tosses a huge canister at the ninjas. The giant then pries open the door in the floor and slips inside. Mikey notes that for a guy that’s trying to capture them, Hun sure is being elusive.

Hun reaches the bottom of a stairwell only to see Bishop’s private armored subway train pulling away. Hun tosses a tracking device onto the vehicle as it opens fire on him. The Purple Dragon dodges the initial attack, but the train car then launches a huge missile at him. Hun runs for cover as the projectile explodes, ripping the entire base to shreds.

Act 3: On the surface, the Turtles are sprawled amidst the ruins of the building. Hun emerges from the wreckage and heads for his vehicle, only to find it destroyed. The huge man grabs a duffle bag from the wreck and approaches the Battle Shell, ripping open the back door to reveal the Shell Cycle. Hun notes that maybe the Turtles aren’t totally useless and he steals the bike and races off, using a wrist comm to track Bishop. The Turtles recover their wits and head for their truck, only to see Hun take off on their motorcycle. Raph is beside himself with anger. The Turtles jump into the Battle Shell and chase Hun.

Back at Shredder’s mansion we see Dr. Chaplin telling Saki that he has set up a monitoring system for all base security and has discovered an unauthorized communication. As Shredder has his aide replay the message, we hear Hun’s voice. Saki quickly realizes that Stockman was trying to sabotage the rescue mission.

Cut to New York streets. Hun uses the tracing beacon to find Bishop’s armory, but he is met by one of the agent’s security helicopters. The chopper fires on its prey, knocking the man to the ground and destroying the Shell Cycle. Hun then pulls a S.A.M. launcher from his bag and fires it at the helicopter, destroying it.

The Battle Shell arrives and the Turtles pile out. Raph discovers the destroyed Shell Cycle and screams in anger – he then bolts into the armory as Leo tells him to wait for the rest of the team (Raph, of course, does not wait).

Cut back to Hun as he enters an armory. Using a machine gun, he defeats Bishop’s men. As Hun attempts to pry open more elevator doors, Raph enters and attacks. The rest of the Turtles join the fray and again Hun states that he doesn’t have time for them. The Dragon manages to elude the Turtles and enters a subway platform where Bishop’s train is. Hun enters the car and finds Karai trapped in an alien prison coil. Bishop attacks from hiding, knocking Hun out of the train. Bishop bids his foe goodbye as the train pulls away from the station.

Act 4: As the train begins to depart, Hun grabs a metal pipe and thrusts it in the track, stalling the train momentarily. Bishop emerges and fires his gun at the giant, who lets go of the pipe and boards the train via another doorway. As Hun battles Bishop, the Turtles climb on top of the train and see both Bishop and Karai – and finally understand what Hun has been up to.

After a protracted battle, Bishop gets the upper hand on Hun and begins to force his head towards the deadly force field encircling Karai. Raph wants to let Bishop and Hun take each other out, but Leo decides they have to save Karai as she had helped them once. Thus the Turtles join the battle and free Karai. With the odds against him, Bishop runs to the front of the train and disconnects the engine from the cars – leaving his enemies behind.

Hun prepares to attack the Turtles in hopes of gaining even more favor from Shredder, but Karai kicks him overboard. The ninja then nods and thanks Leonardo for helping her escape, and then she dives off the train as well. Leo notes that at least she thanked them as the train slowly rolls to a halt. Raph is still distraught over losing the Shell Cycle, but Mikey points out that while they’ve lost a bike – they’ve gained a high tech subway car. Don asks Leo if he can keep it, and the leader tells him sure – if he can figure out a way to get it home.

Later, inside Shredder’s mansion, Hun and Karai meet with Saki. Karai thanks her master for sending Hun to save her and then informs him that while she didn’t get the computer chip, she did get a scan of it that may suffice in making a prototype. Baxter Stockman enters with two Foot soldiers as escort and thinks he’s been summoned to work on the prototype, but Saki angrily informs him that Chaplin will be doing that work – Baxter has been brought here to pay dearly for his betrayal. Stockman begins to scream as the camera pulls away from the building.

We see a young woman in armor, named Renet, dusting her way through the Annals of History as punishment for an earlier act of disobedience. The terminally bored time mistress spots a crystal ball (called The Orb of Hindsight) and uses it to observe Savanti Romero in 15th Century Earth-time as he plots revenge. The girl is unhappy with these dark images and “changes the channel” to something more fun – and we see a new scene where the TMNT are having a water balloon fight on the rooftops of NYC. Renet wishes that she could be having a good time like the little, green bald guys.

As she continues to dust, the Time Mistress spots the Time Sceptre, an arcane device of immense power, stored on a statue in the hall, apparently unguarded. Renet realizes that she can use the Sceptre to end her boring fate by teleporting herself six weeks into the future (when her dusting sentence will be complete). The young woman grabs the Time Sceptre, setting off alarms and alerting her guardian, Lord Simultaneous. A giant, disembodied silver head appears in the room, roaring in anger. Renet panics and tells the Time Sceptre to take her to where the green guys are – and she is teleported away, much to the dismay of Lord Simultaneous.

Cut to the New York City rooftop where the Turtles continue their water fight. The ninjas are interrupted by Renet, who falls from a rift in the sky and lands directly on top of them. After some confusing introductions, Lord Simultaneous (still in the form of a silvery, giant head) appears, demanding that the lass return the Sceptre that she has stolen. Renet panics once again and tells the TMNT that Simultaneous is going to kill her. The Turtles’ chivalrous nature takes over and they prepare to fight to protect the girl. Raph tosses his sais at the big head, which easily zaps them into reverse with an eye beam. Raph catches his weapons and notes that this plan didn’t work. Once again Renet activates the Time Sceptre to escape, telling it to take them “anywhere”.

Act 2: Escaping from Simultaneous, Renet transports herself and the Turtles to a Medieval battleground in 15th Century Earth-time. Unbeknownst to our heroes, they have been intercepted by an arcane spell cast by the demon sorcerer, Savanti Romero. Romero is overjoyed when he sees that his summoning spell has worked and the Time Sceptre is within his grasp. The sorcerer summons a group of zombie warriors to take the Sceptre. Renet tries to use the Time Sceptre to escape, but it’s no longer following her directives. However, the girl does manage to get the artifact to create Medieval armor for the Turtles to protect them. The Turtles attack and begin defeating the undead fighters.

Upon seeing his zombies fail, Savanti mounts his Familiar, a red dragon. Back on the battleground, the Turtles finish off the last of the zombies just as Savanti and his leather-winged steed fly in and grab Renet and the Time Sceptre. As Romero gloats, the dragon spots the Turtles and dive-bombs them. Savanti is disturbed and confused by his pet’s behavior and reins it in, then he heads back to his castle with his booty in hand.

Act 3: The Turtles decide to storm Romero’s castle and rescue Renet. Inside the fortress, Romero explains to a bound Renet that he will use the Sceptre to destroy Lord Simultaneous. Once again the demonic wizard’s dragon acts up, but this time Romero uses the Sceptre’s powers to punish it with beams of red electricity.

The ninjas easily hop over the castle walls where Savanti greets them with a pair of magically mutated giant cockroaches. A battle ensues and Leonardo manages to get one of the monsters caught beneath a falling pillar, crushing it. Raphael is swallowed whole by the other beast – but his brothers pin the creature to the ground as Raphael bursts out of its chest.

Back inside Savanti’s main chamber, the dragon Familiar forms into a strange chrysalis. Suddenly, the Turtles enter and attack. The ninjas fight Savanti, but they are no match for the Time Sceptre’s powers and are easily dispatched. Romero grins with delight over his victory, but Renet sneaks up behind him and knocks him out with Don’s bo. The Sceptre falls next to the cocoon that was formed by the Familiar. An arm emerges from the chrysalis and grabs the magical device!

Act 4: The Familiar breaks out of the cocoon and we see a hideous beast, the combined forms of Drako and the Ultimate ninja! Ultimate Drako explains how after the villainous pair were sucked into the portal on the Battle Nexus (Episode #52), they spent a millennium in torment when they were merged into one being. They now seek revenge against the Turtles and all who lead to their sorry fate!

As Ultimate Drako froths and prepares to attack the TMNT, Renet sneaks up and grabs the Sceptre from him. The time mistress uses the Sceptre, now free from Romero’s control, to summon Lord Simultaneous. A silvery portal opens and we see the time lord appear in his normal form. Lord Simultaneous takes the Sceptre and uses its power to freeze the attacking Ultimate Drako. The time lord then uses the wand to banish Savanti Romero to the Jurassic Age. Ultimate Drako rants that he cannot be stopped and breaks free from the paralysis, grabs the Time Sceptre from Lord Simultaneous with his tail and teleports away.

Renet and the TMNT are shocked that Ultimate Drako escaped, but the time lord doesn’t seemed to be bothered at all and surmises that the villain will find much more than he bargained for. As everyone is now safe, Lord Simultaneous gives Renet seven more weeks of dusting duty as punishment for her deeds and then sends the Turtles back home.
