Karen Neil is the actress that supplies the voice for Karai in the 2003 cartoon, Fast Forward, Turtles Forever, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Smash-Up, and all related media. She also voiced Tang Shen in the 2003 cartoon.
Her most prominent role outside of TMNT is that of Nefertari Vivi in the4Kids dub of One Piece.
